Welcome to Luminous TalentHive. We are committed to transparency, equity, and clarity in our fee structures for all national-level educational and creative competitions. Please review our pricing guidelines below.
Standard Competition Fees: All registration fees for our competitions (including National Spelling, Arts, Mental Mathematics, and other talent initiatives) are clearly displayed on the respective event registration pages prior to checkout.
Inclusions: Unless stated otherwise, the stated fee covers the candidate's entry, access to digital preparatory materials or syllabus guidelines, evaluation/grading by our panel, and the processing of electronic certificates.
Institutional Pricing: Schools, colleges, or bulk academic institutional registrations may qualify for specific corporate or bulk pricing tiers. These arrangements must be finalized via an official institutional registration form or by contacting our support desk before payment submission.
Tax Compliance: All displayed fees are subject to applicable local and state taxes in compliance with regional statutory laws and regulatory bodies (including SECP guidelines where applicable). Any added taxes will be detailed during the final billing step.
Gateway Transaction Charges: Depending on your chosen payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Wallet, or Direct Bank Transfer), standard third-party merchant processor or gateway fees may apply and will be visible at checkout.
Luminous TalentHive reserves the right to modify registration pricing frameworks, early-bird discounts, or late-fee windows at any time without prior individual notice.
Once a registration has been successfully paid and processed, the fee is locked; no subsequent price increases will apply to that user, nor will any late-breaking promotional discounts be applied retroactively.
To maintain rigorous logistical planning, registrations submitted past the standard announced deadlines may incur a clearly stated Late Registration Fee. This fee compensates for the expedited processing of exam sheets, portal access configuration, or logistics scheduling.
All transactions on our platform are processed in the official local currency (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the payment screen. For cross-border participants, your banking institution will handle conversion rates automatically based on daily market metrics.
