Luminous TalentHive respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you register, how it is used, and the measures we take to keep it secure.
When you register, we collect student names, grades, schools, parent/guardian contact information, and — where applicable — creative work submissions such as artwork.
We only collect the information needed to process registrations, administer competitions, and announce results.
Collected data is used to coordinate national scoring lists, verify entries, and communicate with participants and schools.
Winners, rankings, and selected results are displayed openly on our website directory and Hall of Fame. By registering, you consent to the public display of a participant's name, class, school, and achievement.
No credit card or banking details are stored on our servers. Payments are made directly through your chosen bank or mobile wallet, and we only retain proof-of-payment you choose to upload for verification.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the information entrusted to us against unauthorised access or disclosure.
