How and when digital materials and physical awards are delivered.

This policy explains the delivery timelines for the digital materials and physical awards associated with our competitions.
Digital syllabus materials, logins, and test dashboard access are delivered within 48 hours of payment verification.
These are sent to the email address provided at registration, so please ensure it is accurate and check your spam folder if you do not receive them.
Physical awards — medals, trophies, and certificates — are engraved and shipped within 15–25 business days following the official result announcement.
Shipments are sent to schools or to the address provided at registration via domestic courier services.
It is the user's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or a failure to receive it, any cost of re-shipment will be borne by the user.
