Our policy on registration fees, refunds, and transfers.

Because competition slots involve upfront operational costs, our refund policy is strict. Please review it before completing payment.
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable once a slot has been purchased. This includes situations where a student is unable to attend, withdraws, or is disqualified for a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
Registration fees cover upfront operational costs incurred to reserve and administer each participant's place.
Refunds will only be issued in two clearly defined scenarios:
1. Luminous TalentHive cancels a competition entirely without rescheduling it.
2. A technical system glitch results in a duplicate or erroneous charge, in which case the duplicate amount will be returned.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period after verification.
